Bobet’s vast experiences in strategic planning, project management, business transformation and process reengineering has enabled her to effectively combine strategic operational and financial expertise to navigate critical business challenges while identifying cost savings and revenue maximization opportunities. Her authentic and collaborative leadership approach has garnered her several leadership awards throughout her career and most recently, Bobet was named as a finalist in the South Florida Business Journal 2022 CFO of the year. Bobet served as Senior Vice President-South, First Service Residential for 3 ½ years, bringing years of strategic, tactical and financial expertise to the company. She led the teams that provided accounting and financial services to the 1,600 community associations managed by the region. Prior to joining First Service Residential, Bobet spent 17 ½ years with Travel & Leisure Company (formerly Wyndham Destinations),where she was the Regional Vice President of Resort Operations – Florida, Caribbean and New Orleans. She also held leadership roles in finance and corporate services including Vice President Division Controller- Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Vice President of Finance-Enterprise Shared Services for Wyndham Worldwide.

Bobet recently decided to focus on her entrepreneurial ventures full time as a business consultant and is now available to assist organizations with a wide array of comprehensive services on an interim or long-term basis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Bobet is passionate about diversity and has served in several diversity, equity and inclusion advisory capacities ranging from director to executive sponsor. She has also served on multiple non-profit boards for several years as treasurer and president. She enjoys giving back to the community and spends time volunteering at local events. As a charismatic influencer, mentoring and coaching future leaders is a tremendous passion for Bobet, and she is excited to dedicate her time developing exceptional talent. A native of Jamaica, she currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her family. With a beaming smile and infectious personality, Bobet is an avid travel enthusiast who strives to visit at least two new places annually. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, visiting local farmers markets, listening to music and spending quality time with her family.
